Welcome to our Mobile App ("Mp3Recorder"). By using this App, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may use the App to:

• Record audio using your device's microphone.
• Connect to a local IoT device via WiFi using your device's location services.
• Transfer audio files (MP3s) directly to the paired IoT device.

2. Permissions and Device Access

To function properly, the App requires access to:

• Microphone - for audio recording.
• Location - to enable discovery and connection to local IoT WiFi networks.

These permissions can be revoked through device settings, but doing so may limit functionality.

3. Data and Content

The App does not upload data to remote servers. Audio recordings are stored locally and transmitted only to your selected IoT device. You are responsible for any content you record and transmit.

4. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding reliability, availability, or the preservation of your recordings.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for damages arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to data loss or connectivity issues.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
